Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service to marina members and their guests by answering questions and maintaining order and control
• Orientating, motivating and training employees
• Communicates job expectations, coaches, counsels and disciplines employees. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures
• Maintains facilities by identifying requirements, completing preventive maintenance, arranging for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt
• Provides services by arranging for fuel delivery, power, trash collection, mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs, cleaning, communications, and storage
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations
• Prepares reports for ownership by collecting and summarizing information using Microsoft Excel
• Communicates regularly with ownership and the Forest Service
• Contributes to team effort by pitching in to help in each area of the marina
